Yes. You can try Barespend free for 7 days, with no credit card required. Connect your accounting system and cards, send a few receipts and see them matched and coded. If you use Sage Intacct or have multiple entities, book a demo and we’ll set it up with you.
Does the price change depending on which card I use?
No. Barespend works with the business cards and bank accounts you already have, and the price is the same whichever you use.
Who counts as an active member?
Anyone who sends a receipt or has a card transaction in Barespend during the month. Admins, approvers and people who didn’t spend that month aren’t billed.
Do I need an annual contract?
No. You can pay month to month, or choose an annual plan and get two months free.
Is support included on every plan?
Yes. Every plan gets fast, responsive support from the Barespend team, with no add-on fee for talking to a person. You can talk directly with the people building Barespend, so feedback turns into product, not a ticket.
Which accounting systems are included?
QuickBooks Online and Xero on every plan, Sage Intacct on Pro and Advanced, and file export and import for most other accounting systems.
