Direct integrations and file export
Barespend connects directly to QuickBooks Online, Xero and Sage Intacct. You link your accounting software, your chart of accounts comes over with the connection, and Barespend codes each expense to the right account. You review what is flagged, then sync.
QuickBooks Online and Xero are included on every plan, from $5 per active member a month on an annual plan. Sage Intacct is on the Pro plan and Advanced, with custom coding dimensions such as customer/job and project configured to your books.
NetSuite works through file export. Barespend matches and codes your expenses, and you export them as a file to import into NetSuite. There is no direct NetSuite connection today. The same export route is available if you use another accounting system.
Whichever you use, the receipt side works the same way: your team emails, texts or uploads receipts, and Barespend matches each one to its card or bank transaction.
